Room: The room has a single bed, a desk, a desk chair, a bedside table, lots of wardrobe and cupboard space.
House: The house has a spacious kitchen, a garden, a garage, a drive to park in, a washing machine, two fridges and a freezer, one toilet and one bathroom.
Housemates: 3 friendly super chilled male students from Imperial College London (all British and 20 years old). Hardworking and also down to hangout and have a good time.
Ambience: Top floor of the house (3 floors), lots of natural sunlight and respectful neighbours.
Price: £500/month, all bills included.
