One double bedroom available in a huge clean house with ample storage and communal space.

The room is furnished with double bed (new mattress which is a delight) wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamps. It is a great room as it's tucked away from the roads, so is quiet, it stays warm in winter and cool in summer. There is space for a desk if you prefer working from bedroom.

Rent is £700pcm and with bills it comes to £750pcm on average over the year (I've stayed for 2 years and bills are always similar).

Move-in date is flexible (from now until Mid-Feb) but priority given to someone moving in ASAP.

- - The property - -
The communal spaces are huge and tidy with lots of built in storage to share. The kitchen is also massive, so if you like to cook you will love it!! You have half a fridge/freezer to yourself, so 2 drawers in fridge and 2 drawers in freezer and a whole ceiling to floor multi level cupboard which is more than enough to keep dry foods, drinks and personal kitchen equipment.

The kitchen also has a dishwasher, which in a shared house saves a lot of time and hassle! Honestly just the best! All cutlery/crockery and cooking utensils are provided but feel free to bring your own if you already have.

Next to the kitchen is a utilities room with separate sink, cupboards and washing machine.

There are 2 shared bathrooms you'd share with 2 other flatmates. On ground floor in kitchen there is a shower room with a spacious waterfall style ceiling fitting (with another removable shower head option). There is a toilet and sink in this shower room too.
Upstairs there is another bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

The area is lovely with 4 supermarkets close by (Co-op, Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's), 3 pubs 5 min walk away, tube station is a 10 minute walk away and a bus stop on Lillie Road is a 2 min walk!
Santander bikes on the main road 1 minute away, and if you have a bike you can store it safely in house or in patio. I had a bike and it was such a relief to know it wouldn't be stolen!
There's a Virgin Active gym with swimming pool a 2 minute walk away which also has 'Fulham Pools' attached -pay as you go £3.20 per swim session! :D

- - The household - -
I have loved living in the house for the past 2 years. The house currently has 4 housemates (3 guys, 1 girl - as you can see from the video on our roof terrace) who are all super friendly professionals, currently all working from home which hasn't been an issue. The house has lots of space to spread out and wifi is virgin fibre optic which covers whole house without issue. We enjoy relaxing on weekday evenings and having BBQs together (the patio, balcony and roof terrace have been a dream in the summer - yoga on the roof terrace anyone??).

If you're into running there's also a local free running club "Fulham Running Club" which is fantastic for training, making friends and exploring the local area.

Our house Landlord is super nice and quick to sort any issues as the house used to be her family home (which is why it has a homely feel) and she is keen to keep it in excellent condition.
