Lovely Double Room in Fulham/Hammersmith

We have a large, furnished, double room on the ground floor of our friendly house share. The room is at the front of the house, making it a luminous place to enjoy the sun and get some vitamin D. There's enough space for a bed, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bookshelves, etc. (The room is bigger than it looks in the photos!)

The housemates are friendly and chilled. You would be
living with two students and a professional. There is a good dynamic and the guys chat when we see each other, but we're all generally getting on with our own thing.

The postcode for the property is W14 9PB, if you want to check the nearby restaurants, shops and pubs. We are opposite a really nice park which is fantastic in summer and great for exercising.

£630 a month includes: Rent, gas, water, electric and wi-fi. The landlord has asked for possession of the property back by 13th October, so it's a 4 month stay maximum. Available from July 1st but could be sooner if you want to.
