En-suite double bedroom

We are a couple and looking for a flatmate to rent a double en-suite bedroom in 2 bedroom flat in Sands end/Fulham area, minimum 6 months.

Available from 29th of September
All bills included ( Council tax, electricity and heating, high speed internet)

You will be required to sign a contract

We are both professionals, working full time .
Leo is fitness coach and personal trainer.
I am an air hostess and I also work for covid testing company.
We are very organised, clean, not smoking, training. We like to cook healthy meals but also hang out for some take aways. We like to socialise with friends time to time.
Since we work a lot we would like someone who is respectful after long days of work.

Flat:

1. Open plan kitchen with all appliances ( fridge, 2 ovens, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all the utensils)

2. Open living room area with huge TV and common channels, there is an acces to the balcony from the living room.

En-suite bedroom:

The room has double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and also chest of drawers.
Separate access to huge bathroom with some additional storage.

The building is gated development with private gardens and also it has underground parking with CCTV and 24 hours concierge. You can store bicycle, scooter etc.

Area:

There is huge Sainsburys 3 minuted away with Cafe, specsavers, dentis, argos and cash maschine.

Tesco express 9 minutes walk next to Imperial Wharf station (overground and trains)

Wandsworth Bridge Road is 5 minutes walk with lots of cafes and small shops and beauty bars.

Fulham Broadway 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus (295, 28 and 306).

C3 bus takes you to Earls Court Station ( Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith&City lines) in 12 minutes.

There are a few gyms around:

Virgin Active

Wandsworth shopping centre is 15 minutes walk, where there are lots of entertainments and some other gyms too.
