**Update - thank you for the overwhelming response. I'm struggling to keep up with the number of messages I'm getting. If you're interested in the flat, please consider whether the timeframe works for you and then let's jump onto a call!
Hi, I rent this beautiful flat in Hampstead which I share with my flatmate, Ran, who is wonderful.
TIMING
I am going on holiday in September and October and am looking for someone to take over my room (ensuite) during this period. I am back in October so will need my room back, but then Ran is moving out for good, so in case you have enjoyed living here, there is an option to stay on and take over Ran's room (although there is no obligation!)
THE FLAT
It's 2 bed flat on the raised ground floor of a mansion block, with 3.5m high ceilings and huge windows. Every room has huge windows, so there is lots of sunshine and you will have use of a balcony and communal garden at the back of the property, which we often do group yoga in! Waking up to fresh air, sunlight and an amazing view is a real highlight of living here.
FACILITIES
The flat is fully furnished and has a washing machine, dryer, TV, wifi. Your room is furnished with a kingsize bed and chest of drawers.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with cooking utensils, crockery, appliances etc. which you are welcome to use. The kitchen doesn't have much more space for anything else ;)
HAMPSTEAD
Hampstead is lovely and leafy. Hampstead Heath is on your doorstep and there are great lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs in Hampstead village. Primrose Hill is a 20 minute walk.
TRANSPORT
It is super well connected with the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines (Finchley Road), the Northern Line (Hampstead and Belsize Park), and the Overground (Finchley and Frognal Road) all within 10 minutes walk of the house.
RAN
You'll be sharing with Ran during Sept and Oct. She's great! Respectful, quiet, tidy. Her room is quite separate from yours so you will have a lot of privacy. She is a management consultant in the City and is 30.
ME
If you choose to stay on after October, you'll be sharing with me! I am a 37 year old City lawyer turned entrepreneur and not home very much - either at work, doing sport (salsa, tennis, swimming, climbing) or socialising, so you will have a lot of privacy and if you like watching TV, you''ll always have it to yourself. I'm happy to live like a family, sharing groceries / chores etc. or more independently, as you prefer.
FLATMATE REQUESTS
We are pretty relaxed about who we live with but are looking for professional females. We generally sleep at 11pm during the week and so would ask for quiet time after that. I'd request limited sleepover guests / boyfriends stay over when you're sharing with Ran (Sept / Oct).
NEXT STEPS
If the above sounds good, please drop me a WhatsApp / email with some information about yourself and what you are looking for, after which we can jump onto a call and arrange a viewing.
Looking forward to meeting you!
