This lovely three-bed flat is down a pretty side-street right off Hampstead High Street, only 5 minutes’ walk from the Zone 2 Northern Line tube station and the Heath.

The room offers very rare value given its location and size. It can accommodate any size bed with room left over for a large wardrobe and lots of other furniture. It is unfurnished but there is a free bed on offer. There is also a large storage cupboard for items you won’t be using every day.

The flat has high ceilings and big windows (many with lovely views of the green areas nearby). There is a spacious living room which can be configured to your liking and a separate kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and storage, as well as a washing machine. We also recently installed super-fast, fibre optic broadband.

The room is available immediately. The current tenancy agreement runs until November 2019, and the landlady has always been happy to extend it.

Bills aren't included in the rent. These are generally in the region of £130 per month, including council tax.

The current flatmates are Holly and Emma. Holly is in her 30’s and is studying for a PhD and Emma works at the Arts Council. They would prefer to live with people in their late 20's or 30's, who prefer a chilled atmosphere. It would be great to hear a little about you when you message.
