Good sized double in dual bathroom huge flat

Am moving to buddy up with some musician friends of mine and sadly leaving behind a lovely room on leafy FitzJohn’s Ave, 5 min walk from both Swiss Cottage and Finchley Rd stations, (Jubilee, Metropolitan, Overground) and 10min downhill stroll from Hampstead (Northern Line). Belsize Park is a short stroll also

The flat has 2 bathrooms and a huge, south-west facing lounge, as well as a kitchen, laundry room (including dryer!) and 2 fridge-freezers for all your chef tendencies

We share bills: cleaner every couple of weeks for the communal areas, broadband, water and gas/electric

My room’s big enough for a double bed, huge floor to ceiling triple wardrobes, book shelf, bedside table, upright electric PIANO, and desk.

There’s also a TV and mirror that’s staying with the room. It was painted when I moved in and the mattress is pretty new.

If the buddy up hadn’t come about I’d be staying, as the flat is super chill and I absolutely LOVE the location: being able to walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, and such quick connections to shoreditch, south bank, the west end, Notting Hill, and Hackney (around 20-30 min)

This historic neighbourhood features huge old multi-storey houses; ours is past a front garden, up an impressive entrance stairway and onto the first floor.
