Amazing Location - Double Room in Hampstead Flat

Hey, we're Kate and Suzy!

We've been friends for 10+ years, have been living in London for 4, and are looking for two new housemates to move into our beautiful home as our friends are leaving us to move in with their bf's (just kidding) (kinda).

Our flat is over the top 2 floors of a townhouse on a quiet street in the heart of Hampstead. A 7 minute walk to Hampstead underground, a 6 minute walk to Hampstead Heath overground, and only a 5 minute walk to the beauty that is Hampstead Heath. The communal living area is bright and airy. We have a balcony with a gorgeous view overlooking leafy Hampstead, complete with church spire and all. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening wine. (The pictures of the flat really do not do it justice!)

We have two double bedrooms available ** 1 has been filled now but 1 remaining!** Fully furnished (the bottom drawer of the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom is broken but is usable so up to you if you'd like replace, please see picture!).

We've lived in this flat for 2 years and can safely say its a beautiful place to live, the landlord is very helpful, and we've been very happy here!

Suzy is an insurance underwriter who loves holidays with friends, going for 'one drink' that turns into 10, and having lived with her for the last 4 years I can vouch for the fact that shes a joy to live with! I'm a paediatric A&E nurse, i love travelling, yoga, being outdoors, and have many a houseplant for you to enjoy!

We love festivals and drunkenly buying instruments on amazon, but are also partial to a chilled night watching a film in our pjs, and having our own down time of course. We'd love to find 2 new housemates with similar interests.

Our flat is available from July 27th, but there can be some flexibility on this date.
