There is a lovely second-floor bedroom available in our house beside South End Green, Hampstead.

My name's Will and I'm looking for a new tenant to move into my room in our four-bedroom household in NW3. There are three other housemates; they're all female and between the ages of 25 and 35.

We are young professionals living in a quiet, respectful - yet cosy - home!

We have enjoyed each other's company and we do enjoy relaxing in the living room after a long day's work. Having said that, we're also very independent and have respected each other's obligations, space and privacy at home.

My housemates do like to go out for drinks a few times a year, but this is definitely not a party household. I'm afraid this won't be the place to host your next gathering or pre-drinks!

I’m looking for someone to join my like-minded housemates; a tidy young professional with a life of their own. If you're looking for a place to call home and some welcoming housemates to trust, I'm sure you will fit in nicely.

I am able to move out immediately, swapping myself out of the tenancy contact. Please note, the house’s tenancy is due to last until the 1st of October 2021 (when it will presumably be renewed for another twelve months).

The room is wide and spacious, and it has a north-facing window. It comes with plenty of furnishings; a bed frame, a mattress, a bookshelf, a mirror and plenty of in-built storage space.

You'll share a bathroom with one other person - my housemate Atifa. She is neat and tidy, I really hope you'd feel the same way!

When it comes to the nitty-gritty, the rent will be £740.35 PCM with bills typically costing an extra £100.00 PCM. The deposit will be £854.25. Please note, there is a £300.00 agency fee attached to this tenancy changeover, I will be paying half of this amount.
