Hi, I am a live in landlord looking to rent out the third room in the flat. The other current tenant and myself are both quite relaxed, friendly and enjoy a reasonably quiet life, so looking for the same. Looking forward to have a chat with you if you are interested!
Double room with great natural light available in friendly first floor Hampstead flat. Moderate storage space. Bathroom shared with one other flatmate contains bath and shower, recently refurbished. Spacious kitchen and living room with high ceiling. All bills included (including superfast fibre broadband, 4k Oled tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Gas, Elec, Water, Council Tax, Bimonthly cleaner).
Dishwasher, separate washing machine and dryer. Lots of cooking equipment, gas hob and oven.
The flat is in an excellent location, 10 minute walk from either Belsize Park, Hampstead (Tube) or Hampstead Heath (overground). 5 minute walk to M&S Foodhall, Budgens or Tesco local. Large Sainsbury, Waitrose and Morrisons nearby. 5-10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath.
