Large but cosy flat above a Gail’s bakery in Hampstead and two minute walk from the stunning Heath!🌿

I’m Claudia (she/her), a 24 year old Marketing Executive for an indie publisher. My two flatmates are moving in with close friends nearer to their offices, so I’m hoping to find two new lovely gals to move-in and enjoy this gorgeous flat. I’m really friendly and social so would love the opportunity to become great friends as I have with previous tenants, but also understand that we all need our time alone to just chill. I’m an old soul that loves reading and always have a book recommendation at the ready. My comfort tv programmes include FRIENDS and Gilmore Girls, but love a true crime doc and a bit of trash tv now and then - Below Deck, Selling Sunset etc. I also spend my free time exploring London, seeing my friends, doing pilates, bouldering, walking, discovering cute coffee shops, trying out veggie recipes and visiting my family and adorable doggos🐶

Two double rooms available:
1) Large bedroom with in-built cupboards. It has masses of floor space to fit a double/king sized bed and desk and still have plenty of room to spare. The best part is the built-in wardrobe which goes across an entire wall - you'll never run out of storage space! The bed won't be included with the room but you may be able to buy the desk for cheap (TBC). Available from 4th Sept.
2) Smaller furnished room (minus mattress, bedside table and one chest of drawers). With a bit of reshuffling, there is room for a wardrobe and other storage! Available from 11th Sept.

These two rooms share one bathroom, which has been recently re-tiled and looks super snazzy. There is also another single guest toilet if needed! Bills are not included but come to around £100 - £200 a month (water, wifi, tv license, gas & electric, council tax ~ living in such a nice area means high council tax unfortunately).

Shared kitchen and massive living room with a dining table, bookshelf and tv that is connected to iPlayer, Netflix, Disney+ etc. It’s a great space to hang-out, have lil parties/gatherings and do a bit of yoga🧘🏼‍♀️

Flat is a two minute walk from Hampstead Heath overground station and ten/fifteen minutes walk from Belsize Park and Hampstead tube stations (Northern line). It’s also right next to Royal Free Hospital!

Looking for two professionals who are considerate, clean, quiet and who will love this flat as much as I do! I have lived here a year and a half now and it’s such an amazing location. The flat is a little bit dated - the kitchen and carpets are old but I’m quite handy with my toolkit and love decorating it where I can with plants, books and art. It would be amazing if you’d like to help decorate the communal spaces with me (I’ve got lots of ideas) and make it feel even more homey, but this isn’t essential at all! Even just buying some kitchen roll and washing up liquid every now and then would be amazing🫧

Please let me know if you’d like to visit the flat in-person. Very happy to have a tea and chat through anything. I’m available most evenings and weekends except Tuesday eves and Sunday afternoons. Can also do Thursday lunchtimes as I wfh that day☕️
