The Room:
Bright and spacious double bedroom with a double bed. Room has a bay window, which backs onto greenery with sounds of birds in spring and summer. The room measures approximately 14 square metre, or 160 square feet. It is furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and wardrobe.
The Flat:
The flat is fully furnished and consists of three bedrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, and washing machine/dryer. The flat has a spacious and bright living room with dining area, which is perfect for a night in watching films, or having others over. Bathroom is shared with shower over bathtub.
The flat has no central heating.
Current Occupants:
We are two professional occupants in our late 20's/early 30's who are easy going and respectful of each other. Our schedules can at times be busy due to work, but we enjoy spending time as a flat on occasion, cooking, wine and cheese nights, or watching movies together. During the week, we look forward to a peaceful time after work.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a nice, friendly flatmate who will keep the place tidy and does not smoke. It is a calm and safe environment, and is not a party house. We have lived in the flat for quite some time and have really made a home for ourselves.
Rent:
£635 + Bills (approximately £100). Bills and rent are paid at the beginning of each month. Bills include electricity, gas, water, and internet.
The Area:
The flat is in an amazing location in Zone 2, and is close to all amenities: Transportation links, Shops, Banks, Pubs, and Restaurants.
