Double spacious room in Hampstead for Short Term o

A small, quiet and clean home with myself and small family (2). Room is a double 'private sized room' to rent. I am looking for a very tidy and clean person who is socially communicative. who is able to maintain a tidy bedroom and kitchen area. Someone who is respectable of sharing a family home and its furnishings as it is not the same as staying in a shared house/hotel with lots of other individual stayers and wanting to do as one pleases. No overnight visitors/partners permissible.
ROOM for 1 person only.

Large, bright, double spacious room. Use of a shared kitchen and shower/bathroom only. No shared living room available. Good wifii, washing machine and kitchen amenities available for personal use.

Short term lets for 4/6 weeks extended on discretion (after 4 week review).

Students on educational/study visits/work placements/holiday visitors/Internships/home transitions/last month of lease or contract.

Good bus service on your door step of the Finchley Road. Not far too West Hampstead tube and overhead, Finchley Road Tube, Frognal & Finchley overhead, Swiss Cottage and Golders Green tube Station are all within distance of address. Short journey via bus to central London and Baker Street as well as Brent X shopping centre and Kilburn High Road.

Close to ESCP and BSC London Hampstead educational establishments for business and language study. Central School of Speech and Drama; British College of Osteopathic Medicine; Royal Free Hospital and a short journey to the University of Westminster and the London Business School.

Lovely and convenient location to most central destinations and on the National Express and Greenline coach services route to visit outside of London.
