Double room in Hampstead flat share

The room

We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our Hampstead flat share, with flexible move in date. Were planning viewings from Monday 15th November.

Room and flat:
The room available is a double room that comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The rent is £725 per month inclusive of bills (plus costs for shared household and cleaning items).

The flat itself is located 5min from Hampstead tube station (Northern Line), on a quiet residential street, and a 12 min walk from Hampstead Heath Overground. We have a large living room with a small balcony and an amazing view over London (see pictures), a couch, TV and dinner table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer. There is a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

One of the best features is the proximity to Hampstead Heath, which is only a 3 minutes’ walk from the flat, and it’s brilliant for a walk or run. There is a Tesco express in Hampstead high street, an M&S Foodhall at Hampstead Overground station and for emergencies there is a small convenience store just below the flat. For bigger shopping, Finchley Road O2 Centre is a 15-20 minutes’ walk away (or accessible by bus).

The flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 people. Currently in the flat are Owen from Scotland working in construction management, Sabaa working in recruitment, and Friederike from Germany, an environmental geographer. We're all working full-time and two of us currently from home. Our interests range from music (playing cello/piano), sports/gym, outdoors, travelling, to meeting friends, cultural stuff and exploring London. We each have our own busy schedules, but we’re usually up for a chat.
