I'm seeking a lovely tenant to replace me.

The room is double furnished room. Comes with a wardrobe, shelf space, make-up desk with mirror and chair, a work desk with a chair and 3 matching drawers you can put your stuff in. Big window where you can look out onto Market Place.

About the flat:
Flat consists of two double bedrooms, very good sized living room, bathroom, kitchen and cute balcony (south facing so PERFECT in the summer). The bedroom has a very comfy double bed, plenty of storage including large built-in wardrobe, vanity mirror, shelving unit, desk (+more shelves beneath), and 3 sets of drawers. The windows face the front of the flat which overlooks Market Place. Easy to keep the flat warm in the winter as the heat is contained well.

The area:
The price of the flat is a steal for the location it's in! Beautiful area with a lovely community. Easy access to both East Finchley station and Golders Green station (Northern Line + night tube), 102 bus is very frequent and 24 hours, as well as being right on your doorstep. (5 mins to East Finchley, 10 to Golders Green). N20 bus stop close by also, gives access to Camden and Leicester Square. Co-op right across the road, and a 24 hour convenience store just beneath the flat, as well as a post office. Hampstead Heath park is easily accessible, either by foot (20-25 mins) or by bus through Golders Green. Large Tesco round the corner in Finchley Central.

Pay:
Rent is £575 a month, plus an extra £80 which covers broadband (very speedy and new!) and council tax. Water and energy is paid every 3 months, comes to about £60 each.
