Affordable accommodation offered in HAMPSTEAD HEATH – London NW11 area, excellent opportunity for a Female ONLY homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The station is a 7 minute bus ride or approx. 20 minutes’ walk to Golders Green station – Northern Line Zone 3.
There is a bus stop near the home and local supermarkets and cafés and restaurants across Hampstead Heath.

HOUSEHOLDER
She is a lovely lady in her 90’s and lives in a lovely spacious three bedroom flat facing Hampstead Heath with no traffic noise. She has memory problem, which can result in looping and muddled conversations, she does her best to manage this, using lists etc.
She enjoys her own company at times but welcomes a friendly Homesharer who can offer practical support and the added assurance of having someone at home at night.

She is mobile in her flat with the aid of her walking sticks and her trolley. She is able to attend to her personal care needs.

She has in the past taken a keen interest in bridge and golf, these days she spends reading the Times newspaper and watching TV.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious first floor flat facing Hampstead Heath.
The flat consists of three bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet.
There is a spacious sitting room and a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with small dining table and chairs.
The homesharer will have their own double bedroom, with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wash basin. Large shared garden, flat faces onto Hampstead Heath.

There is no internet currently but this can be organised if required.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
