Double Room to Sublet in Hampstead Heath

Hi,
I am one of the two tenants living in the flat at the moment but I will be moving out from the flat on 1st of May. There is one double bedroom available for rent from 1st of May for a minimum of 3 months. The new tenant will be sharing the apartment with two flatmates.

The double bedroom has shelves in the wall, hanging rail, small table & chair and a double bed.

The communal area consists of kitchen (with all the utensils), separate bathroom and toilet and large living room as well as a small balcony.

The period of renting starts from 1 st of May The deposit for each is a months rent. Minimum period of rent is 3 months, after which 1 month notice period (no students, no couples!).

The apartment is located 5 min walk from Hampstead Heath over ground and Belsize Park (northern line) is around 7 min walk. Buses going to central London and Finchley road are 3min walk. Plenty of shops around and on the main street (which is around 7-8 min walk).
