Big Double Room in Hampstead Heath

Hi potential flatmate! If you are looking for a massive room with lots of storage in a fancy area, with clean and peaceful flatmates, you should definitely come and see us.

We live in a Victorian house split over 2 floors, high ceilings and a spectacular roof terrace. The flat boasts 2 bathrooms (yours is shared with only 1 of us), kitchen with dishwasher (no more washing up), oven, microwave, washing-dryer machine. It is situated 5 mins from Gospel Oak Station (Overground) and 10 mins from Belsize Park Station (Northern Line). We also have lots of buses nearby (24, 46, 214, 168) so it's ideally located to go essentially everywhere. Hampstead Heath is literally at the end of our street. It takes 15 minutes to get to Hampstead Village & 10 minutes to Camden Town.

You will share the flat with only other 2 female professionals plus a lovely instagrammable Siberian cat :D He is well-behaved, clean, healthy and very friendly. Exactly like us, he keeps himself to himself but always enjoys to interact with you if you're around 😻

We are introverts and looking for male or female who is quiet and independent, respectful and considerate. The ideal flatmate must be clean, tidy and have common sense.

The boring bit: the room is £880 which includes water, council tax and internet!!! Heating and electricity are not high and it obviously depends on people using them reasonably. Maximum price we ever paid in years was £50 each during a super cold month. It is available from mid-December onwards.
