Hampstead Large Double w/ Lovely Flatmates

Hello spareroomers!

I'm looking for someone to replace me in a gorgeous room I've been living in for two years. It breaks my heart to leave but my boyfriend and I are taking that big next step and moving in together.

The flat is on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath, 3 minutes to the overground and 7-10 minutes to Belsize Park or Hampstead undergrounds. There are also many buses leaving from South End green around the corner to take you anywhere you need to go. It is extremely spacious, with a ton of natural light. We like to say it's the best deal in Hampstead!

More importantly, you'd be living with two absolutely amazing girls who can't be properly praised in a paragraph. Emilie, 25, works in comedy bookings. She enjoys going for a swim in the ponds, doing pilates, and is always finding fun things to do (music festivals, weekend getaways, etc). Claudia, 23, works in publishing. She is an avid reader, and enjoys photography, rock climbing, and is a fan of Korean pop culture. We have had many a nice chat about life over a cup of tea. Both Claudia and Emilie are always up for a movie night or an evening at the pub, and are two of the kindest most open-minded people you will meet.

We're really looking for someone who would bring a good community feeling, mostly relaxed for evening catch-ups at home but with space for some super fun activities planned together (rock climbing, swimming, evening drinks, etc!). Someone clean, quiet, respectful and who appreciates open communication to ensure it continues to be a happy communal space for everyone.

Ideally between the ages of 23-27, with the idea of being here long-term.

Rent is £800/ month and bills are an additional around £106/month per flatmate:
• Council tax: 776/year each (£2,327.17 total)
• Thames Water: £10.3/ month each
• Sky Internet: £11.7/month each
• Octopus Energy: approximately £20/ month each (metered)
