Beautiful room five minutes from Hampstead Heath

Hello! Our flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to replace her.

This is a very beautiful room in a great house. Room has a built-in desk, a stand-alone closet, very good quality bed & mattress. The room also has a very small bathroom in the corridor (shower, sink and toilet) that is exclusive to the person and access to a really nice terrace which is only shared with one other flatmate.

Great common space with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a large living room (former landlord architects used to live there).

We are looking for a fourth person to complete our house share (single occupancy). The three of us are young professionals, full time working, hosting dinners and guests from time to time, and would like someone as well working full time, tidy and easy going, wanting to share dinner/drinks on occasions.

Move-in date is the 23rd of October.

£850/month plus bills (bills come around £100/month).
