We are looking for a tidy and sociable person to join our flat share next to Hampstead Heath opposite Gospel Oak station and near the Royal Free Hospital. I will be leaving this great flat share at the end of December for another job in another city. You will be sharing with two lovely flat mates, Davinia (35) who is a civil servant and Freddie (27) who is a Russia analyst with an international consultancy.
We are a sociable flat who enjoy watching Netflix, walking on the Heath, cooking together and pop occasionally out to the pub next door on a weekend night. We are looking for an independant and social person with broad interests and who is tidy and clean and is looking for a cosy home.
The room is facing south and therefore is flooded with sun light most of the day. The flat has a kitchen, living room, a shared recently renovated modern bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The room is 720 pounds per month in addition to the council tax, internet and water and electricity which is around 80 pounds. The room is available after the 25th of December 2021.
