The house is 2nd floor, 2-storey property that features a shared kitchen with a dining table, a large living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a large terrace.

The house is 5 minutes from Hamstead Heath overground station and 10 minutes from Belsize Park tube station. There are pubs, cafes, and M&S, all within close walking distance. Hampstead Heath Park is also just a few minutes away.

About the housemates - currently, 2 other individuals live in the house. All working professionals who are sociable (but also like to have their own time), friendly and tidy, and looking for the same in a flatmate.

Availability: we are flexible with the moving date. It can be anytime between 7-17th Sept
