We have a large single room to let.
We are a large 4 bedroom flat on the Finchley Road between Child's Hill, Hampstead Heath (West-side) and Golders Green and also very close to the Hampstead School of English, ESCP Europe business school and Middlesex University.
We are located close to Golders Green station on the northern line, West Hampstead and Finchley Road on the jubilee line, Metropolitan and City line, Finchley Road and Frognal and West Hampstead for the overground and railway, and buses 13, 113, 139 and 328 to Baker Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Aldwych, Kingsway, Waterloo, Victoria, Notting Hill Gate, High Street Kensington and other parts of London.
The building has its own communal garden which is great for a picnic, tai chi. yoga, meditation, to read or to sun bathe during the Summer and we are also very close to Hampstead Heath (west side) which is great for walking, running, etc.
We would consider anyone who is looking for a friendly, clean and peaceful "family home".
This room comes with the share of the kitchen, bathroom & WC only.
The rent is £165.00 per week inclusive of all utility bills, TV licence and the internet.
Available from 21st December 2019 to 31st March 2020. Would consider shorter lets for an increase on the rent depending on the duration.
