Lovely Double Room with Terrace Hampstead Heath

Lovely, bright double room to rent on top floor of family house. Very close to Hampstead Heath, with great transport links to buses, Belsize Park & Gospel Oak tube stations, and Hampstead Heath overground trains. Room comes with its own private shower room, with WC and wash basin, it also has access to a lovely shared roof terrace and shared kitchen. A choice of furniture, can be made available. There is a double bed, armchair, cupboard/wardrobe, drawer unit and floor lamp. The lovely, bright room is on the top floor and so is private.
We are a friendly family of two adults and 2 grown up kids both at university. We have a small, friendly dog and a cute old cat.
We have rented the room to lodgers previously and find it works best for a young professional female or term-time female student. Beautiful Hampstead Heath is literally 5 mins walk, where you can enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, yoga etc.
The house is close to the local shops, restaurants and amenities of South End Green, Belsize Park and Hampstead Village all of which are within a few minutes walk.
