Double bedroom with ensuite

Bedroom

We are looking for a female tenant to take our double bedroom. This room consists of one ensuite (shower and sink), double bed, and two extensively large cupboards. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and keeps to themselves.

The house itself has three bedrooms upstairs, a shared bathroom with a lavatory, shower and sink and another separately shared lavatory. On the ground floor, the landlords (myself and my boyfriend) bedroom is located with a shared room of living and a kitchen. We also have a large garden which is lovely to sit in during the summer and hold bbqs and a staired attic which has additional storage if required. We have internet and bills provided, with a TV (not connected to the satelite but can still using streaming platforms such as netflix and google chrome) in the living room.

The house has two extremely friendly black cats, which the landlord (myself) owns

We are located on a quiet street consisting of family, elderly and friendly neighbours. We have free parking on our road too.

We are 10-15min walk from Hanger Lane tube station and
20min walk to Ealing Broadway. We are 15-20min walk from Pitshanger Lane which is a small lane filled with food shops, gym and cafes. We are also 2min walk to a bus stop that travels to these stations.
