Hi there. I’m moving out of my current flat in Hanwell, West Ealing and I’m looking for someone to replace me.
The flat is split over two floors with a good sized kitchen, living room and toilet and some storage downstairs, and the three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus all the usual appliances. The living room has a TV and plenty space to sit down and eat with friends etc.
The room is a decent size with a double bed. It also has a bedside table and although the wardrobe is mine I will likely leave it for the next tenant. The room gets a lot of light and is quiet due to the flat being set back off the road.
You would be living with two professionals who both work in live audio/concert production. One of them works locally while the other works away a lot so despite being a 3 bed flat there’s very often only a couple of people in.
The flat is well connected with buses, tubes and trains and there are plenty local amenities around.
I’m hoping to have some viewings this coming week so please get in touch if you’re interested.
Thanks!
