Large Double room available now in Hanwell

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take up my part of the house rental as I’m planning to move in with my girlfriend soon. The room is available now and i'm flexible on the moving date.

The room itself is a nice light, large double which comes furnished. Included is a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, 2 chests of drawers and 2 wardrobes (1 of which has 3 drawers). Loads of storage! There is also a desk which I’ll be leaving here if you want it.

The house has 4 other bedrooms, 1 of which is used as a spare room which is especially useful for when you have people visiting. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers, a nice spacious living room/kitchen and garden. The garden has a shed with enough space to leave a bike and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Location is in Hanwell, close to Hanwell and Drayton Green stations and numerous buses available less than 5 minutes walk away. Ealing Broadway is about a 20-25 minute walk. I commute by car to Heathrow from here which has worked well. A permit is needed for parking but doesn't cost too much (mine was £100 for the year but half of that was a diesel surchrge) and the upside is that there's usually plenty of spaces available. There’s shops at the bottom of the road and Hanwell high street is less than a 10 minute walk.

You’ll be living with 3 friendly housemates who like a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the house and we all do our bit with regards to cleaning etc.

The agency will take care of referencing etc once you’ve decided to move in, all that will be needed is 1 months rent plus deposit. Rent is £550 and bills usually come to about £90 per month including broadband. Please feel free to ask any questions/arrange a viewing. Thanks
