2 Decent Sized Double Rooms West Ealing

Tenancy is from 10th August onwards, total rent is 1600 split between the 3 rooms. I’m the only other tenant as my flatmates are moving out. The bedrooms are a really nice size and a really good price for West London.
They come full furnished (beds, wardrobes, side tables, sofa, some communal kitchen/living room bits thatre mine) but the landlord doesn’t have storage so whatever is here basically has to stay.
The bathroom is basic but does the job (bath with a shower head, toilet, sink, cupboard), the kitchen and living room is open plan with a breakfast bar which makes it quite a big space and is really sociable and we’ve got a drive that we share with downstairs (who currently don’t own cars so we have full use of it for now).
It’s in Hanwell technically, but it’s on Uxbridge road where West Ealing Broadway is, we’ve got a lidl 2 minutes down the road in both direction, bus stop immediately outside with buses into Ealing Broadway, Acton and Shepherds Bush. Hanwell station is about a 10 minute walk away and has the Elizabeth which runs every 15 minutes and is a 15 minute journey into Paddington, I work in Central so it’s like a 45 minute journey into work. My current flatmate works in film and it’s in a really convenient spot for that profession with close links to the M25, M4 and North Circular.
Council Tax band C and with bills it works out at around £110/£120 each per month.
I’m a Yorkshire lass living London and I’m a makeup and prosthetics graduate currently working as a studio technician in central. In my free time I draw, paint, chill with the TV on or have a couple of gins. As long as you’re kind and respectful, we’ll get along fine. Additionally this is an LGBTQ+ friendly household 🙂
