Modern and sociable double room in Turnpike Lane

Double room available 6 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station (on Piccadilly Line) or 2 minutes walk from Hornsey station (overground).

It’s a very modern, 4 bedroom flat on the top floor with 3 other guys aged around 23-25.

It’s a really sociable house with a group that like to watch TV and sports together, play football together and love going out for a few drinks after work with each other.

The room is the bedroom furthest from the living room and kitchen, ad is the second largest of the 4, and the only one to come with a flat roof. It comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, all of which are only months old.

There are 2 toilets, one with a shower and one with a shower in the bath - again, both are only months old.

In the living room there’s a big TV where Joe has his playstation set up to watch Netflix as well as playing FIFA. There’s also a sofa bed and a table and chairs to eat from. 
We also pay for a cleaner to come and do a pretty deep clean every fortnight to help keep the flat tidy.

Current flatmates work 8-6 jobs and socialise with each other but also have their own friends they like to hang out with, so it wold be great to find someone chilled our and fun to add to the mix.

Another one of the guys is actually moving out too (unfortunately his work now need him to be permanently based out of pretty deep SW London) so there’s another room available and it could be a great chance for you to move in with another mate!

Rent: £660 without bills
Deposit: £900 (6 weeks rent)
Bills: Generally come to around £50-£60 (plus a one time fee of £60 council tax)
Move in date: Can be flexible - start of Feb would work well
You will take a portion of the lease but should you chose to move out earlier you’ll just need to find someone to replace the room
