I’m looking for someone, preferably a girl, to share a LARGE GARDEN FLAT with me and my large dog and cat in NW10.

Suitable for:
This flat would most suit an introverted person. I would prefer a female or non-cis man. Must be an animal lover and be willing to take time and bond with my dog, I’d like someone who wants to spend time with my resident rescue pets 🐱 🐶
This is not a party house or somewhere to regularly entertain guests.
Looking for someone conscientious, communicative, clean and easygoing. This is generally a chilled quiet space. Anyone who wants to help grow some veggies would encouraged!

The flat is all inclusive of bills, internet council tax.
A months deposit required please.
10 min walk to WILLESDEN JUNCTION STATION ROAD ENTRANCE (the harrow road entrance is about a 20 minute walk), there's a bus stop 1 min away at the top of the road.
The room is a large bay windowed front room with high ceilings and plenty of space. A 4ft bed with new mattress, a hanging rail, drawers, desk, side tables and lamps, linen curtains. The floors are whitewashed/waxed wood giving it all a clean lovely look. The internet router comes into this room to provide the flat.

We'll share a large kitchen and a small bathroom which has a shower and a bath. Of course the garden too

I’m 31 a special needs teacher working 5 mornings a week. The rest of the time I'm a dog behaviourist so pretty busy.
I’m originally from London and am fairly social outside the house but I like my home to be a quiet and tranquil place. This is not a party house.
