We’re looking for a new occupant in this fantastic value five-bed, two-storey house share in Harlesden. It’s a homely vibe and we want someone who is looking to move for at least 12 months. Must be a working professional who is sociable and willing to chip in with weekly chores as we like to keep shared areas a clean and tidy as possible!

The house has two bathrooms with two showers and one bath (so there’s never a queue in the morning!), a large kitchen and lovely garden area out back. There’s also a big living room with a TV.

The house is located next to Roundwood Park which has a lovely coffee shop at the centre, and is a great local option if you’re into jogging or just fancy a little stroll. Harlesden and Willesden Junction stations are 20 and 15 minute walks away respectively (Bakerloo and Overground lines) and there’s plenty of bus stations nearby; Hampstead Heath is just 6 stops away if you’re looking for a more expansive green area!

The house is situated on a quiet, residential road with plenty of local amenities nearby – a corner shop at the end of the street and a lovely Italian place called Rubio’s at the other end. For bigger shops there’s a Tesco (5 minute walk) and an Iceland (7 mins).

What’s more, the monthly rent of £610 includes ALL BILLS (Internet, water, gas/electric & council tax).
