We've got a fantastic room available in our lovely Victorian house in Harlesden 🏡. Looking for a long-term tenant.

It's just a 15-minute walk to Willesden Junction, where you can catch the Bakerloo Line or the Mildmay Line (Overground), making it super easy to get around London.

The Room:

It's really spacious with high ceilings, which makes it feel even bigger.

There are double doors leading straight out to the garden 🌳.

The room comes with a wardrobe and some brown shelves for storing your stuff, and a bed is included too.

The House:

We're a friendly bunch and like to have the odd get-together or house party 🎉, but nothing too wild.

The room is conveniently located downstairs, and you'll share the bathroom with just one other person, meaning no morning queues—a definite bonus!

We've got three lovely cats named Wolfie, Mango, and Shadow 🐈, so you'll need to be comfortable around them.

Rent: £925 per month
Bills: £64 per month
Council Tax, Band E: £35.50 per month
MONTHLY COST: £1,024.50

Available: Sunday 6th April (open to later move-in date)
Rent paid 7th of every month to flatmate
