Hi everyone,

We're Sophie and Cindy, sadly our third housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so we're looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our friendly and calm shared flat. We both work full time and enjoy chilling in the evenings with dinner and catching up/watching something on TV together but also have our own lives and friends. We're both active and enjoy getting outdoors/into London at the weekends - our interests include cooking, reading, films/TV, keeping fit, exploring London.

About the room :
It’s a large room with a double-bed, drawers, bookshelf and wardrobe. It's in the basement of the split-level flat but has a large light well so it's not gloomy and gets nice and dark/quiet at night so you'll get a good night's sleep!

It is in a three-bedroom flat with a nice kitchen, bathroom and homely living room where we spend most evenings relaxing, catching up and watching a bit of tv/a film.

Rent is £666 per month and we put £100 a month in for bills on top (obviously this is less in Summer so we sometimes have spare cash to buy new things for the flat or go out for a meal or something). Rent is paid on the 8th of every month from a joint account we have.

About the area:
Right by Finsbury park/Green Lanes, there are lots of nice cafes, restaurants and pubs. The flat is located at the top of the park, close to the local shopping centre complete with big Sainsburys and 24hr McDonald's (eek!). It's also very close to Crouch End, Stoke Newington, Clissold park and the Castle Climbing centre (one of London’s best climbing centres). So it’s great for brunches, walking, sports etc.

It’s very well connected: 5ish minutes walk from Manor House station (Picadilly line) and 10-15 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station (Picadilly and Victoria lines). It's also close to Haringay (national rail) and Haringay Green Lanes (overground) as well as good busses into central London.
