Double room in N4 near Harringay train station

I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my newly refurbished, comfortable flat Mon-Fri. This space would be perfect for someone commuting to London or perhaps someone with a partner or family nearby who needs a convenient retreat during the week. The room has a big double bed, a bookshelf full of books you can borrow and an armchair and desk with enough space to relax. The flat is the ground floor of a classic Haringey terrace house with a large garden for the summer, spacious kitchen/dining area with big windows and lots of light, and a lovely bathroom (with separate waterfall shower and large bathtub). The flat has great transport links (a very short walk to Harringey train station with direct trains to Moorgate/short walk to Harringey Green Lanes/buses to central London) and is a stone’s throw from the northern end of Finsbury Park.

I work full time but am likely to be in most evenings. Bills are included in the listed price (including a weekly cleaner). As well as me, you'll be sharing the house with a delightfully friendly cat – though it's up to you whether he's allowed in your room or not.

The previous tenant is moving out as this was interim accommodation while she waited to rent more permanently. She had this to say about the flat, "Lodging with Louise was a real-life saver. Her flat is a beautiful place to wind down after a day at work - a really comfortable space that I actively looked forward to coming back to on a Monday evening. Louise is a fantastic flatmate for interesting conversation or watching Netflix but also someone who I felt really comfortable just doing my own around. The cat truly is a delight, very interested in cuddles, but happy to leave you alone if you shut a door. It was a real treat to get to live in this space”.
