Available to sublet is a huge double room in our lovely Victorian house 2 seconds from Harringay railway station. It’s by far the largest room in the house and is perfect for a couple .... or single person who needs plenty of space :)
We are letting it out whilst we are abroad in November - but the contract is set for renewal at the end of Nov so there could be an opportunity to stay. The room is £1000 for the month + bills.
It’s easy to get around, we’re 30 seconds walk from Harringay station (we know from experience of cutting it fine but always making the train!). Trains from Harringay go direct to Finsbury Park (3mins), Highbury & Islington (8mins), Old Street (14mins), Moorgate (18 mins). Super easy to change onto the Victoria line and get into town too.
We’re just over 5 minutes walk to Green Lanes, which has the best Turkish food in London, plenty of decent pubs, bars cafés etc, a Sainsbury’s superstore (along with Argos, TK Maxx, Homebase).
The house is a beautiful and spacious Victorian property with loads of natural light. We have a big through lounge with a TV and a couple of sofas, it leads onto a study/desk room (where you can work from & has a piano) which opens onto a massive garden, spacious kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher and a patio if you need to store a couple of bicycles. Plenty of extra storage space in the attic and cellar as well.
