Bright double room in Manor House warehouse flat

Hey there, we’re on the hunt for a couple of new housemates in our beautiful Manor House warehouse style flat. We’d really like to find someone who wants to live in a nice, chill home with the four of us, plus our lovely dog, Phoebe.

THE FLAT
We love our house for it's big, bright and roomy communal space. It has two bathrooms and kitchen filled with plants and greenery. There is tonnes of natural light and we’ve got a great view overlooking the Manor House warehouse community.

THE ROOMS
The bedrooms are large, with big windows and high ceilings, plus the freedom to get creative and really make it your own with our relaxed landlord. Please note, the room will not come furnished.

TRANSPORT LINKS
We're in a great location for travel links; Manor House for the Piccadilly line, Seven Sisters for the Victoria line and Stamford Hill for the overground to Liverpool Street are all less than a 10 minute walk away. We’ve also lots of great bus routes right on the doorstep to the likes of Hackney Central, Camden, London Bridge and more.

THE HOUSEMATES
We like to hang out and have fun together on weekends: we spend lots of time cooking, watching movies and the occasional glass of wine... Some of us like raving, some of us like behaving, and some of us like a bit of both. We equally keep it chill on weekdays due to our work commitments. We all work in creative industries, with a landscape architect, a stylist and a TV art director to name a few.

CORONAVIRUS
Due to Covid19, your viewing will be virtual or socially distanced. Hand sanitiser will be provided.

THE RENT
There is a deposit of £690.
The rent is £690.
After bills and a kitty for flat supplies like washing up liquid, toilet roll, soap etc, it comes to £750. Some bills, like water, are included.
Sorry but no couples or cats, but we could be open to more pets so long as they get on with our beautiful Lurcher, Phoebe.

MOVE IN DATE
One room asap, one room from mid June, but both are flexible for the right person.
