Hey there,

Our landlord is sadly going to be selling this place at the end of of our current contracts in July. Im not going to be back in work until around this point so I am looking for who is looking for a cheap place to take over my tenancy.

For that reason it will only be a relatively short letting period, around 6 months from now.

There are five other lovely house mates all in a real mix of different professions. Everyone is super friendly and can be found kicking back in the lounge together after work .

The room is cosy with a 3/4 size bed (between single and double) and clothes rack on the landing outside. Downstairs we have a lounge with a TV that has Now TV, Netflix, Sky and also have a garden!

*All bills are included in the rent price!!

It's an amazing area with incredible cafe's and Turkish restaurants and a Tesco less than a 2 minute walk away By this Tesco there is also a bus stop where the 29, 141 and 341 stops. It also has super convenient transport links with Finsbury Park 5/10 minutes by bus, Turnpike Lane Underground a 10 minute walk and Haringey Station a 5 minute walk.
