Massive room right by the station

I have one beautiful, large double bedroom left going for rent in a colourful, pet-friendly house with a garden. Available anytime. I'm a full time professional in late 20s and have been renting this property through an agency together with a couple of friends who will unfortunately be moving out of London. Rent is £600 pm & bills come to just about £100 so total cost would be around £700.

We’re situated on a quiet, well connected street. Turnpike Lane bus and underground station (great transport links and 20 mins to central) and the high street are at the end of the road. There are a couple of big parks around the corner too.

The house is a 3-bed Victorian property with real stone and wood floors throughout. We have a shared living room, well stocked kitchen with all the mod cons, and a quiet back garden which is blossoming into a lovely summer spot.

My bedroom is on the ground floor and one of the two bedrooms upstairs has just been let. The room that's left to go is also on the first floor. You really can't tell from the photos but it is the largest in the house - would definitely recommend a viewing in person! It has a huge bay window too and is facing the front street, making it the brightest in the house too. It comes with period and fireplace features, dark real wood flooring. Furniture-wise it has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, potentially a 2 seater couch but it's very flexible, we can remove or add furniture to your liking.

Our level of involvement will depend on what is comfortable for you, there is no pressure either way. The way it's been so far we've each had different schedules & respected that, allowing everyone their space. We aimed to stay mindful of each other and remain considerate to leave common areas the way we found them. We were up for the occasional drink together, gardening attempts & evening chats. We had a chill homey vibe where we can relax around each other. The new tenant who just took the other room I had going for rent is a lovely late 20s professional female & seems to share all these values. Looking for one more like-minded person.
