Location: 10 minute walk to Seven sisters station with underground and overground connection. Around 35 minutes into Central, 10 to Wood Green. 2 minutes walk from Downhills Park.
Street parking permit available from the council.
Flat: Large living room with mantelpiece, open plan kitchen, a lot of light from bay window, and a lot of plants enjoying the view. 50 inch tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+. The sofa becomes a double bed if you have any guests that need a place to stay the night. This room will be yours too, so think about how you want to use it.

Bedroom:
I lived in this room comfortably for over 2 years. It's
at the back of the house so it is almost silent at night, and during the day gets a lot of light. It has a cute mantelpiece to clutter up.
The contract is unfurnished, but a previous housemate moved back to Italy and left the furniture you can see in the pictures. You'll need to provide a mattress. It'll be up to you if you want to keep some or all, I can get rid of anything before you move in. The shelves and clothes rail you see in the pictures I custom made to that alcove space so you can keep them if you want them, or I'll repurpose them somewhere else if not.
The way the flat is laid out, your bedroom has a second toilet with a sink just across the hallway which will be entirely yours, so is almost ensuite.

Amenities:
There is a fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Unfortunately there isn't a tumble dryer but plenty of room for an airer. There's also a nutribullet and Nespresso machine.
It will be a joint contract, three month minimum. i. e you are not renting a room, you are renting half a flat.
There is a dedicated letting agent we will have to deal with to sign a contract together providing you pass their screening for proof of income etc.

The heating is gas, paid by direct debit.
The electricity is a keyed meter and for now is being paid by the government.
The internet is NowTV.

I've lived here since February 2019, and it really feels like home. This isn't your typical anonymous and overcrowded houseshare! I'm never going back to six people flat shares with no living room. If this sounds good to you, come live here!

Why am I looking for a housemate? I love this place, and I'm not going to find somewhere else as good and with so few people to share a bathroom with! My last housemate has moved back to Ireland so it's down to me to find a replacement.
I'm working full-time as a tailor in a luxury department store.
I occasionally work from home, but this is usually no more than one or two days a month. I will do clothing alterations and repairs for food/ wine.
