Double room in friendly house

Double room available on the top floor of a 4 person, 3-storey end of terrace house.

The house has large communal spaces, with a separate living room and a huge kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is often used as a workspace during the week for WFH. The bathroom is shared with 2 others and has a separate bath and shower.

We have a lovely garden which is great for sitting out in the summer and having the occasional garden party.

The house is warm and we have 200 Mbps Virgin internet and TV with good WiFi signal throughout the house. Bills come to around £70 each per month. The landlord is also friendly and responsive.

We're 3 guys on the cusp of turning 30 - 2 straight, 1 gay and all work 9-5 jobs. We're a laid back and sociable household. We're firm friends and go to the pub together and often gather to watch TV or films. The Chase is often found on in the kitchen while we're cooking. We keep a clean house but don't have rotas or anything.

We're just off Green Lanes with its offering of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Our local, the Salisbury, is a great pub. We are just over a 10 minute walk from Turnpike lane tube or a slightly longer walk/short bus ride to Manor House or Seven Sisters. There are also decent cycle routes to central London. Big Sainsbury's (and soon an Aldi) is a 15 minute walk and there are a number of smaller supermarkets within a 5 minute radius.
