Double bedroom available in lovely house-Haringay

We're a couple from London, ideally looking for a laid back, friendly & clean professional. The house is a recently renovated 4 bedroom in Haringay/South Tottenham. It includes a garden and you'll have your own bathroom.

We've got a friendly neighbourhood park within shouting distance from our front door and are 5-10 min walk from Haringay Green Lanes which has great Turkish food and some interesting cocktail bars. Nearest tubes are Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters on the Victoria Line, which takes you from Soto to Soho in circa 15 mins.

We both work 9-5s and keep busy on weekends. We'd preferably like someone we could socialise and go out for drinks/activities with but who is also happy being independent and doing their own thing.

We have two choices for a room, one is a small double other a medium sized double. We occasionally have people over on weekends, so someone who doesn't object to the odd late Friday night would be ideal.

Please note, all photos are before we moved in so we've added our own touches - that means no trampoline unfortunately but we’ve now got a fullsize pingpong table instead 🏓
