Warehouse Room In North London!

We have two double rooms becoming available in our friendly Warehouse from the end of October!!!! Move in date is a little flexible between 18th October and 1st of Nov, so message and see. Both rooms have a mezzanine bed and a skylight, as well as lots of other spaces within the house that you can relax and work in. The mezzanine beds mean the room aren't accessible to wheelchair users, and the front door is raised up from the ground, equivalent to 1 step but we are very willing to discuss any other accessibility adjustments if you want to drop a message. Bathrooms and kitchen are on ground floor.

What we'd like in a house mate:
We're looking for people of 25yo and over for balance.
Our household is currently comprised of 7 white people and two POC.
The house has a lot of LGBTQ+ housemates, and we are open to many more!

You’d be living with 9 other people whose ages range from 22-30 and two cats, Cleo and Otis <3. We have a very wide range in jobs and hobbies from a musician, graphic designer, swimmer, DJ, artist, producer, carpenter, policy adviser (spy) and much more.

The warehouse itself is super big and fun with a spacious open plan kitchen that we've just renovated and dining/hanging out area. A second TV cozy living room, a studio with desks to work, and 2 long corridors to stretch your legs in. There's a bathroom and 2 toilets.

And as a house we enjoy cooking, gardening, movies, playing cards and DIY. We try and keep the place a communal space and often share dinner etc.

The rent is £555 a month including bills and house extras like toilet paper, condiment basics, cleaning products, etc. £570 deposit, no contract fees, or anything. People on Housing Benefits/ Universal Credit welcome.
