Affordable cozy room available from 1st April 2022

Hey guys,

I hope you are well and are having a wonderful day. This is a SHOUT OUT for an amazing, cozy, and -most important, and affordable room in North London (N155JN), with a great connection to any part of Central London (e. g. just 15min away from Leicester Square by tube).

This bright room will become available on the 1st of April for just £460pm with all the bills included. We are searching for someone willing to stay at home for at least 6 months as we like to know and be close to our flatmates rather the living in a house with people jumping in and out.

The house is pretty quiet, which gives each individual independence to carry out their routine, but where people are also willing to socialize, have dinner or have a glass of wine together if the occasion arises. Respect and cooperation with the house routines are mandatory, as we have a cleaning routine that is rotating where everyone cooperates on a weekly basis. This is a MUST to be able to live in a clean house where responsible people live with cleanliness and well-being.

Apart from that, we are a pretty much easy-going people, always happy to help and spend time with, but also, always respecting individual spaces.

Some extra information about the bunch of people living here: all professionals, between 28-34 yo, from different nationalities (England, Spain, Italy, French-Swiss), mainly a female house (3girls-1guy) and 100% respectful and open-minded and inclusive.

LGBT community is more than welcome and smoking or pets are not allowed.
