Long sublet in Harringay Warehouse District

Shared kitchen

Subletting my room from 10th September for three months. Dates are flexible for the right person, so message me if your dates are different but you think you'll be a great fit. Possibility for spontaneous extension!

£850/month, all bills included. Also includes communal bits like loo roll and kitchen roll and a biweekly cleaner (who is fab).

- Preference for womxn.
- Must be clean and tidy (bin day is on a rota, which you'll do twice a month; no leaving dishes in the sink... just basic stuff). No smoking in the bedroom (we have a cosy covered garden for that).
- The property is not wheelchair accessible, sorry :-(

About the house:

- Located in Arena Design Centre, a gated village of warehouses within the thriving creative community that is Harringay Warehouse District.
- Our unit houses one cat and fifteen people (SpareRoom would only let me input 10, but there are 15). Music producer, sound designer, filmmaker, set designer, art seller, barber, furniture maker, singer/songwriter, vet nurse, psychologist - the list goes on.
- This is a great place to meet people if you're moving to London for the first time, or a great 'in' to the warehouse community if you already live in London. Absolutely excellent for musicians.
- Not a ~party house~ but we do the occasional birthday or afters. Everyone is fun but mellow :-) There's always someone around if you feel like doing something (pool/games at home, pub trip, park trip), but the house never feels crowded (most people out doing their thing).

- Plenty of toilets and showers (never a queue).
- Huge kitchen with four ovens, three sinks, three 4-ring hobs.
- Huge living room with TV and pool table / table tennis.
- Large separate office space for shared use.
- Wintergarten.

About the room:
- Mezzanine room.
- Upstairs: comfy king size bed.
- Downstairs: click-clack sofa bed, chaise longue (lol), standing desk, clothes rail. Shelves and drawers will be cleared for your use.
- Bedroom has no window to outside (it looks onto the hallway), but the communal spaces have masses of natural light.

About the area:
- Approx. 15-min walk from Manor House station (Piccadilly line)
- Approx. 15-min walk from Seven Sisters station (Victoria line)
- Approx. 13-min walk from Haringey Green Lanes (Overground station)
- Lots of bus routes within a ~10-min walk.
- ~15-min walk from Woodberry Wetlands & West Reservoir (nature reserve, watersports centre, Castle Climbing Centre), and New River Studios.
- ~10-min walk from Finsbury Park, and Green Lanes (best Turkish food in London).
