Hi we have 1 large double room available in a small house share (3 tenants in total) with a back garden and on street parking.
It includes a shared bathroom, recently refreshed, and a shared kitchen between 3. Rooms are very quiet with plenty of storage space with large bay window.
Ok to work from home, but also close to the City or Central London for quick commuting (Hornsey goes directly to Moorgate or Turnpike Lane 15 mins to Kings X).
We would also like someone who is clean and tidy - and is respectful of other tenants. No shared living room unfortunately.
We are about a 7 minute walk from the Piccadilly line and Hornsey Overground. Walking distance to Crouch End, Hornsey, Haringay Green Lanes, Wood Green, and Alexandra Palace. For local amenities such as shops, cinemas, and restaurants we're pretty spoilt for choice.
No council tax or water bills (already paid for)
Bills for gas and electric and internet shared and on top of rent.

Gas Safety, Electric and Energy Performance Certificates are in place and up to date. Fully licensed for Multiple Occupation (HMO) with Haringey Council, with fire safety equipment, in place.

Minimum contract: 6 months. PLEASE NOTE: if you can not stay for a min of 6 months please do not apply!
