We’re due to sign a new 12-month tenancy agreement for our 5-bedroom houseshare in Haringey from 7th July and are looking for 2 calm, easy-going, considerate working professionals to join our crew!

Mentality is definitely more important than age, but experience in sharing with others is a real plus. You’re ideally between late 20s and mid 40s, work standard full-time hours – no night shifts – and plan to stay for the next 12 months. It’s not just about the contract. We want the house to feel like a home.

We’re friendly and sociable, but equally respectful of personal space and quiet time. Two of us get up very early during the week, so we would prefer someone with a similar schedule, who also values clean, well-maintained communal areas. This isn’t a party house.

A bit about us: Hamish runs an events company, Clare is a confidence coach and writer and Glen works in marketing. Between us, we have a whole range of interests and passions from wild swimming, football, dance and meditation to cultural events, gigs, reading and travel.

The house has lots of space and natural light and includes: living room, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and garden/ back yard.

The location is great for commuting. It’s a 2-minute walk from Haringey station, 7 minutes from Haringey Green Lanes overground and 15 mins from Finsbury Park tube, rail and bus station. Convenient access to nearby shops, sport centres, cafés and restaurants etc and a 1-minute walk to the park.

Rent not including bills: £800pcm.
Bills come to around £140pcm, which includes a cleaner once a week. Council Tax Band F
