We are looking for a thoughtful, happy, stable and generous-spirited person. Ideally female in their 25 - 50s to be part of our house hold.

(not suitable for someone planning to work from home.)

SINGLE ROOM (Rent £500 + Bills ) A lovely quiet single room over looking south facing garden; built in wardrobe, furnished with a French corner bed and chest of draws in a Victorian house with original features;

Bathroom, separate Toilet and living room. The kitchen and eating area is large with a sunny conservatory opening out onto a pretty garden. There is a long dining table and this where most of the social action happens.

We are friendly, creative professionals, thoughtful, eco minded and like to keep the house clean and tidy.

We enjoy cooking and sharing meals (mostly veggie). Interests include going for walks, exhibitions, learning languages, yoga in the park, vintage social dancing, travel, gardening, socialising .

The area is lively and multicultural, close to a variety of great food shops and restaurants. Excellent public transport. Easy access to the City and West End - locally close to Crouch End and Wood Green and a short walk to Finsbury Park, which has tennis courts, basketball court, running track and outdoor gym and openwater swimming at West Reservoir Centre.

Utilities and council tax £150- £200 per person (Bills vary depending on how many of us are living in the house.)

Deposit £650
There is also a kitty (shared money pot - not a cat;)) which we use for buying house hold things.

Nearest tubes: Turnpike Lane (12min) or Manor House (18min). Both Piccadilly Line.
Buses: 341, 141, 29 (30-40 min into central London) Towards Waterloo, The City, London Bridge, West End
TfL Overground Haringey Green Lanes and Network Rail & National Railways at Hornsey & Harringay stations all within 10mins walk.
