Spacious double room in a lovely, friendly house share very close to Wimbledon, Haydons Road and Tooting Broadway stations (just a short bus ride to Wimbledon and Tooting Broadway and a short walk to Haydons Road) Bus stop is right outside the house, and night bus runs directly to the doorstep!

You'll be living with 2 very friendly young female professionals. There are 3 large bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (both of which have been recently refurbished), big living area recently refurbished by the current tenants (they put in a new tv and sofas) and a separate dining room.

There is a large kitchen with breakfast bar, a garden with patio and BBQ as well as a small shed perfect for bike storage! The current tenants love to cook, watch netflix in the evenings and socialise together and with others at weekends. It is a very friendly home to live in; I am only moving out to live with an old friend.
