Hi All,

We are Graeme (ref#8656531) and Chris (ref#12755605), an Aussi and Saffa who have teamed up on spare room in the hunt for a decent, value for money share house.

We have recently come across a brilliant 5 bed property on Haydons Road near Wimbledon and are super keen to put a deposit down and secure what we envisage to be a truely awesome house share.

The Property has dinning space in the kitchen as well as a HUGH communal living area on the 1st floor; 3 bathrooms, garden and a surplus of transport links to boast about:

We are looking for 2 likeminded young professionals to join us in securing this property on a 12 month lease. Rent will be distributed according to room size and bathroom share and initially be between 700 - 750PCM. The property is currently part furnished however additional furniture has been requested in an expression of interest.
