The house has a shared living room, small garden, 1 bathroom (and one downstairs loo) and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. All housemates are tidy and respectful of each other's space, but equally laid back and friendly.
All bills included, which includes a cleaner every week, so the house is always clean. There is no estate agent so no additional fees!
The house is a 8 mins walk form the Northern Line (Colliers Wood) and a 15-20 mins walk into Wimbledon town centre. Near plenty of local bus routes . Amenities near by include a huge Sainsburys, gyms retail park, nice pubs and parks.
